Victoria Vaughan

Century 21 Valley Real Estate welcome Victoria Vaughan-Ruiz to our office, after taking a year off work for her and her husbands first child. Victoria is a seasoned agent, specializing in single family residential, land, investment properties, farms, first time home buyers, and a great listing agent. Victoria has worked in many facets of Real Estate, including property management, buyers agent and listing agent, residential service manager, and director of sales for Wingate and Fairbrook Hotels. Victoria's marketing specialties coming from experiences in Real Estate and community development, where she is experienced advertiser and syndication specialist in those fields. Victoria is a graduate of Bridgewater College in Liberal Arts, and Old Dominion University with a B.S. of Psychology. She was Virginia roots, and is very knowledgeable of the area in which she works in Real Estate. Victoria has a saying that pertains to her outlook in life, which reads, Home.
